Overview
The Complete Uganda Safari is a 10-day safari through Murchison Falls, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth & Bwindi, designed and operated by Saringi Tours. Based in Nairobi and women-led, Saringi has been building private African itineraries since 2018. This route takes in Bwindi, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, with each day sequenced to put you in the right place at the right time for wildlife.
Gorilla trekking in this part of East Africa requires specialist knowledge, advance permits, and a reliable local network. Saringi handles all of it: permits, guide allocations, and lodge bookings are managed on your behalf. The itinerary is private and fully flexible. Dates, pace, and accommodation can be adjusted at any point, and Kenya or Tanzania wildlife days can be added if you want to extend the journey.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1Arrive Entebbe -- Transfer to Murchison Falls
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and transfer north to Murchison Falls National Park (approx. 5 hrs by road). Arrive by afternoon for a lodge briefing and a first game drive along the southern bank.
Day 2Murchison Falls -- Nile Boat Cruise & Game Drive
Morning launch cruise on the Victoria Nile to the base of Murchison Falls, where the full force of the Nile squeezes through a 7-metre gorge. Hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and the rare shoebill stork line the banks. Afternoon game drive on the northern savannah.
Day 3Murchison Falls -- Drive South to Kibale Forest
Second morning game drive at Murchison before departing south to Kibale Forest National Park (approx. 5 hrs), home to the highest density of primates in Africa. Arrive in the afternoon and settle in for an evening forest walk.
Day 4Chimpanzee Trekking, Kibale Forest
Early morning trek into Kibale in search of habituated chimpanzees. Spend up to one hour with the chimps in their natural habitat. Afternoon: optional walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for primates, otters, and over 200 bird species.
Day 5Kibale -- Queen Elizabeth National Park
Drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approx. 2 hrs), arriving for lunch and an afternoon game drive across the Kasenyi Plains. Elephant, buffalo, hippo, warthog, Uganda kob, and over 600 bird species await.
Day 6Kazinga Channel Boat Safari & Ishasha Lions
Afternoon Kazinga Channel boat cruise, one of Africa's finest wildlife water experiences. Drive through the Ishasha sector for the park's famous tree-climbing lions, regularly found lounging in the branches of fig trees along the Ishasha River.
Day 7Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Scenic drive south from Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (approx. 3 hrs), one of the oldest and most biodiverse forests in Africa. Arrive in the afternoon for a lodge briefing and an early night ahead of the gorilla trek.
Day 8Mountain Gorilla Trekking, Bwindi
After an early briefing at the park gate, enter Bwindi's ancient forest with ranger guides to find one of the habituated gorilla families. The trek can take 2-6 hours depending on gorilla movement. Spend a precious hour with these great apes in their forest home.
Day 9Bwindi -- Community Walk & Forest Exploration
A free day at Bwindi to explore the surrounding forest. Optional: a guided walk with Batwa pygmies, a visit to the Buhoma community craft market, or a second gorilla trek (additional permit required).
Day 10Bwindi -- Entebbe -- Departure
Fly or drive back to Entebbe International Airport for onward or international connections. End of Saringi Tours services.
