Saringi Tours and Travel Ltd
Elephant in the Maasai Mara

Born from a Name.
Built on a Belief.

A purpose-driven safari company rooted in family, community, and the transformative power of Africa.

Millcent · Founder & Travel Planner

Saringi: from grandmother to granddaughter

My grandmother raised me. She called me Saringi: the name of her own mother, my great-grandmother. In our family, that name carries a message: to be a woman is to be powerful.

When I built this company, there was only one name it could carry.

We have been crafting safaris for clients since 2018. And to this day, the moment that fills us most is not the booking: it is the phone call after. When a client comes back and tells us about their trip, eyes lit up, voice still full of wonder... and then says, "I am so sad I only have one more day. I should have added more days."

Africa does something to people. The vastness. The silence. The way a lion moves through golden grass at dusk. We do not just want our clients to see it: we want you to feel it so deeply that leaving becomes genuinely hard.

Every itinerary we build is personal. We think about who you are, what you need, and what will surprise you. A family safari is not the same as a honeymoon. A seasoned traveller needs something different from someone seeing Africa for the first time. We craft each journey so it feels made for exactly one person: because it was.

The Humans Behind Your Safari

The Saringi Team

Our guides are not employees reading from a script. They are naturalists, storytellers, and specialists who have spent years learning a particular landscape: its animals, its rhythms, its secrets. When you travel with Saringi, you travel with someone who genuinely knows this land.

What We Stand For

Tailor-Made

Every itinerary is built from scratch around who you are: your pace, your passions, your group. No two journeys are ever the same.

Women-Led

Saringi is built on the belief that to be a woman is to be powerful. We champion women in our leadership, our guides, and the communities we serve.

Community First

Every booking supports the mothers building skills and the children staying in school in the communities surrounding our safari destinations.

Responsible Travel

We work in harmony with conservation efforts and local communities: the true guardians of this land.

Our Impact

Every Safari Does More Than You Know

We believe in empowering the community. Part of Saringi's mission is to support the communities surrounding our safari destinations: the mothers building skills and earning from them, and the children staying in school.

We are growing Saringi so it can do more of this, not less.

Every booking you make with us is a part of that.
