We are Saringi Tours, a women-led safari company founded in 2018. We plan private journeys across East and Southern Africa, from wildlife safaris and gorilla trekking to a few unhurried days by the sea.

My grandmother raised me. She called me Saringi: the name of her own mother, my great-grandmother. In our family, that name carries a message: to be a woman is to be powerful.
When I built this company, there was only one name it could carry.
We have been planning safaris since 2018. The part I love most is hearing about the trip afterwards: what someone noticed, which place they wanted to stay longer, and the moments they are still talking about once they are home.
We begin with you: who is travelling, what you would love to experience and the pace that feels right. Those conversations guide our choices of parks, lodges and the small details that make the journey your own.
We plan each safari with time to enjoy the places you visit. From your first arrival to your final night, we think through the route, where you stay and how each day will unfold.

We plan the driving distances, camp locations and flight connections around the season and the time you have. Each day allows for the journey and the experiences along the way.

Letaloi leads guiding in Kenya. Guests know him as Mike and value his knowledge of the places they visit. Out on safari, he helps you spot wildlife and understand what is happening around you.
Reservations & Content Executive
Vivian looks after reservations across East and Southern Africa, coordinating the camps, transfers and permits in your itinerary. She helps turn the route you choose into the arrangements your trip needs.
Kenya is our base, and we also plan journeys across East and Southern Africa. Your itinerary sets out the guiding and transfer arrangements for each part of the trip. Ask us who will be looking after you at each stage, especially on a journey that crosses borders.
Share your dates, who is coming and the experiences that matter to you. Start with the ideas you have, and we will work out the route together.
Review the proposed route, accommodation and costs with us. We work through the choices and adjustments, including what the price covers, before you decide to book.
Once you choose your trip, we confirm the agreed arrangements and go through the details for departure, from arrival transfers to documents and entry requirements.

Saringi began with a woman who raised another generation. That family story continues to shape our vision for the company, with women's livelihoods and the communities around our safari destinations at its heart.
Our mission includes women's livelihoods, education and care for the places that make these journeys possible. We want that work to grow with the business, and to be clear about what we support and how.
We have signed the Glasgow Declaration on Climate Action in Tourism. Our published commitment is to promote more responsible safaris, reduce emissions, support conservation partners and help travellers understand responsible tourism.
