About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Saringi Tours website (saringitours.com) and any safari services you book with us. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Saringi Tours and Travel Ltd is registered in Kenya with TRA Licence No. TRA4/47/C01/86014.
Bookings & Deposits
All safari itineraries are bespoke and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be set out in your personalised quote. Full payment is typically required 60 days before departure. Booking confirmations are sent in writing by email.
Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel, as outlined in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Amendment requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and any additional supplier charges.
Saringi Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries in response to circumstances beyond our control — including weather, road conditions, or park closures — to ensure the safety and quality of your experience. We will always seek an equivalent or better alternative.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated, and are valid for the period specified in your quote. Prices are subject to change until a deposit has been received and your booking confirmed in writing.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance — covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability — is a condition of booking with Saringi Tours. We will ask for proof of insurance before your departure. Safari environments involve inherent risks; insurance is not optional.
Health & Safety
You are responsible for ensuring you meet any entry, health, and visa requirements for the countries you visit. We will provide guidance, but requirements change and it is your responsibility to verify current requirements with the relevant embassies and health authorities before travel.
Limitation of Liability
Saringi Tours acts as an agent for airlines, lodges, and other suppliers. Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our own negligence. We are not responsible for acts of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
