The Linyanti & Selinda Wilderness Safari is a 6-day safari through Linyanti & Selinda Reserves, designed and operated by Saringi Tours. Based in Nairobi and women-led, Saringi has been building private African itineraries since 2018. Every game drive, lodge, and activity has been chosen for what it adds to the experience as a whole.
Southern Africa covers a lot of ground, and the sequence matters. Saringi has been putting these itineraries together since 2018, and this one is built to balance game-rich safari days with the scenery and culture that make the region worth the journey. Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1Arrive Kasane -- Fly to Selinda Reserve
Fly into Kasane and connect by charter to the Selinda Reserve. Arrive at Zarafa Camp for an afternoon game drive across the reserve's open floodplains.
Day 2Full Day, Selinda -- Wild Dog & Predators
Full day of game drives across the Selinda Reserve, focused on the resident wild dog packs and the full predator suite including lion, leopard, and cheetah. The reserve's minimal guest count means an entirely private wildlife experience.
Day 3Selinda -- Walking Safari & Night Drive
Morning guided walking safari with an expert tracker, followed by an afternoon game drive and night drive. The Selinda Spillway attracts extraordinary concentrations of game as water levels fluctuate seasonally.
Day 4Fly to Linyanti -- DumaTau
Charter flight to DumaTau in the Linyanti wilderness, set on the Osprey Lagoon. Afternoon game drive in the surrounding concession known for seasonal elephant mega-herds.
Day 5Full Day, Linyanti
Full day of game drives in Linyanti. The elephant herds that move through in the dry season can number in the hundreds. Boat cruise on the Linyanti River at sunset.
Day 6Final Activity -- Fly to Kasane -- Depart
Final morning game drive before flying to Kasane for onward or international connections. End of Saringi Tours services.
