Our thrilling 7-day Kenya and Tanzania Safari provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore Kenya and Tanzania’s top wildlife safari destinations.

Witness unmistakable drama on the bordering lands of the Masai Mara and the Serengeti. The two parks feed an ecosystem nurturing millions of animals – herding, grazing, and hunting in their natural order to survive. You’ll take in this timeless theatre of the wild as you explore these vibrant reserves.

Day 1: Nairobi– Transfer to Maasai Mara

You will be picked up by our tour guide/driver from the airport on arrival. Depart for Mara immediately to arrive in time for lunch. Later have a game drive from 3 p.m. till 6 p.m. Return later to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Maasai Mara – Full day

Spend this day with extensive full-day game drives in the Mara Reserve. You'll have the opportunity to experience the Big Five and a host of other wildlife, including cheetahs and over 570 species of birds. There will be a picnic lunch during the day by the banks of the Mara River.
  • Optional activities: Hot air balloon, a visit to Maasai village & guided nature walks

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Serengeti via Isebania border

Have breakfast then depart for Serengeti passing through the Isebania border. Carry packed lunch with you from the camp because you will arrive at the park past lunch hour. Have an introductory game drive as you enter the park and later drive to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Alternatively, take a flight to Serengeti, at an extra cost, to arrive by early afternoon.

Day 4: Serengeti – Full day

Spend this day with a full-day game drive within the Great Serengeti. Serengeti is the home to Africa’s Big Five. There will be a picnic lunch during the day.

Day 5: Serengeti - Transfer to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater with a short stop at Olduvai Gorge. Enjoy an introductory game drive on arrival at the crater rim as you head to the lodge. In the afternoon, depart for a tour of the crater floor, home to numerous plains game and the big five.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater - Transfer to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, check out of the lodge and drive south through a traditional farming landscape eventually giving way to the welcome sight of giant baobab trees and the wild savannah of Tarangire National Park.  Have a short game drive en route to camp/lodge for lunch and check-in. Another game drive is from 3 pm- 6 pm. Enjoy excellent game viewing and look out for the park’s famous red dust-coated elephants as well as big cats and some of the hundreds of bird species recorded here.

Day 7: Tarangire- transfer to JRO (Approx. 3 hours)

Rise up for a pre-breakfast game drive and later return to camp for breakfast. Check out and drive to JRO with en-route lunch, before dropping off at the airport for your outbound flight.
