Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi- Transfer to Amboseli (Approx. 4 hours)

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or airport and drive to Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arriving with a short game drive en- route book camp or lodge, check in, have lunch, and a short rest. Later have an afternoon game drive at the park up to 6 p.m. and return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Overnight: Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge or Ol Tukai Lodge/ Kibo Safari Camp/ Tawi Lodge

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2: Amboseli – Full Day

After breakfast, head out with picnic lunch boxes for a full day in the park. Explore Amboseli with unlimited game drives, watch the animals from the observation hill, and if lucky, you may see Mount Kilimanjaro reveal itself, make sure to take a photo. Return to camp/lodge in the evening.

Overnight: Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge or Ol Tukai Lodge/ Kibo Safari Camp/ Tawi Lodge

Day 3: Amboseli – Transfer to Tsavo West

You will have an early morning game drive and return to your lodge for breakfast. After breakfast leave Amboseli National Park for Tsavo West National Park. Have a short game drive en route to the lodge/camp. Check in and have lunch. Rest the afternoon away and have another game drive in the evening from 4-6 p.m.

Overnight: Voyager Safari Camp/ Kilaguni Serena Safari Camp/ Finch Hattons Luxury Tented Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4: Tsavo West – Transfer to Tsavo East

Early breakfast, then proceed for a morning game drive with a visit to Mzima Springs, where you can see hippos and fish in crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys. Later proceed to Tsavo East National Park. Arrive with an introductory game drive en route booked camp/lodge. Check-in for lunch. The rest of the day is spent in leisure, enjoying the camp/lodge facilities.

Overnight: Ashnil Aruba Lodge/ Satao Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5: Tsavo East – Full Day

Spend this day in search of Elephants, the man-eaters of Tsavo, Buffalos, Cheetahs, giraffes, Antelopes, etc. Visit the famous Aruba dam where lots of game can be found especially during the dry season as they come to drink water.

Overnight: Ashnil Aruba Lodge/ Satao Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Day 6: Tsavo East – Transfer to Nairobi (6 hours)

Have an optional early morning game drive and return to your lodge for breakfast. After breakfast check out of the park then drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch will be at any city restaurant and afterward drop off at your respective hotel/ airport for an outbound flight.
